the seventy-five-degree weather and cool breeze over the past couple days has been absolutely wonderful. other things that have been wonderful are the adventures of pete & pete, honey nut chex, and anticipation for tomorrow evening's ted leo / broken social scene / belle & sebastian concert. this summer is all about the enjoyment of being home, since, if all goes well, next summer will be spent living in chicago, and after that, who knows where "home" will really be. as james and i were discussing, it's likely that this is the last summer we spend in baltimore, and even if we do return someday, it won't feel the same. this summer is the end of an era and i'm trying to soak it all in.
