THE CRAFT:> Lanterns made out of empty glass jars covered with perforated tin foil, pierced with toothpicks.

THE SHORT FILM: "Strong Kids, Safe Kids" (1984)

"Strong Kids, Safe Kids" was an Eighties PSA starring Henry Winkler (as The Fonz), with special appearances by John Ritter, Scooby Doo, Baby Pac-Man, and The Smurfs (the animators kept looping the same six seconds of footage, over-and-over again).

This PSA teaches kids about "stranger danger" and how to report sexual abuse. But as you can see from this excerpt, the video itself is kind of creepy. And there are so many caveats as to what constitutes a "bad touch," that kids would probably be confused.

THE FEATURE FILM: "Jabberwalk (aka This is America)" (1977)

A "mondo documentary" about the dark side of American culture... such as dildo factories, bordellos for senior citizens, mud wrestling, fast food aversion therapy, and auto racing. It is basically an excuse to show a lot of flesh. And the occasional dead body. I could swear I've heard the narrator somewhere before...
