Savannah had taken it pretty easy today since she didn't have classes. Luck had arranged it where all four of her classes were on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and that left her Thursdays and Fridays pretty free

Ronan hesitated just to the side of the door, and then moved forward, leaning against the doorframe as he knocked on it. "Hey, Savannah," he said. "I just thought I'd drop by..."
"My needing help with my powers is one of the things I would like to talk about. Are you still up for helping me?" She bit her lip. "I... I wasn't sure if it would be too awkward or anything." She smiled. "I like you, Ronan and I think you're a pretty cool guy. I'd appreciate your help... and to become good friends?"
Ronan shrugged a bit. "... I took Johnny for granted. You didn't. I'm not mad at you." His smiled widened a little. "I'll definitely help. And... yeah, I can see us being friends."
She met his eyes. "The other was Johnny, but you already said you weren't upset with me. I wanted to make sure... because I don't like hurting my friends."
"Ah, okay..." Ronan shrugged. "Yeah, I can't say that I don't wish things had ended up differently, but..." And another shrug. "It's as much my fault as his, and it isn't yours at all."
