I'm baack :)
After an extended live journal vacation, i have returned - full of ambition. lets hope i can keep my motivation to update regurlarly!
So this summer has been great - except for work. i love the majority of the people i work with but rich keeps starting drama around the building and its driving me crazy. so for the past 2 weeks rich hasnt been speaking to me, and i mean NOT speaking. for example, if i start a story or ask a question, he turns and walks away. the way i figure it- i dislike a some people, however if any one of them asked me a question or was speaking to me i would NEVER walk away. i hate rude people and he is driving me nuts. also- this is making me not want to come back to the club next summer. i hate that. i have been working there for so long and have grown up with all the people i work with-i love it. the fact that he is making the workplace THAT uncomfortable is really sad. i just wish he could be civil and mature about this situation-that would make it better for everyone.
so i move in to stonehill on the 28th. my roomate is from west roxbury and we were roomates at orientation. we got along and decided that instead of getting out roomates chosen for us, we would just room together ourselves.
im really excited about leaving the stupidity of home (ie being grounded for not cleaning my room) but at the same time i really do not want to leave this place and these people i am so familiar with. im sure it will all be ok, and after all i am only 40 min away, but i am getting really sad.
mike is going to be so hard to leave. i really dont know how i am going to deal with not seeing him on a daily basis, i mean we work together and we went to school together, we are rarely apart. i know it will be hard but i know we can do it. we are so good together and i will not lose that just because we are apart.
in unrelated news--my bday is coming up soon!! however it is the 30th and i will be at school and no one will know/care its my birthday :( there is one kid i met at orientation, mike, who has the same birthday as me. so we are going to be excited for each other at least :)
ok thats all for now. it is tax free day and i am definatly going shopping.
