6 - the explanation is, of course, that there isn't one - skience is NOT RTD's strong point...

18 - it'd be nice, if just once, the TARDIS wasn't parked in a dark alley when the Companion entered it for the first time as a Companion (as opposed to being yanked into it !).

Well that's REALLY bad, even in RTD terms. It harks back to the days of curing people instantaneously by splashing intravenal solutions on them! I'm even having trouble fanwanking this one :(.
And I'm hearing you about the dark alleys, but the Doctor finds them convenient to park in (when the middle of Roald Dahl Plass in broad daylight is not available).

Yeah but it doesn't HAVE to be a dark alley - it could be a street corner - I mean, it's got a freakin' perception filter on it - he could park it in the middle of Piccadilly Circus and no one would notice it !

And yeah, RTD + Skience = crazy !

Yeah, I made them. I included in them in the icon post I made last night. I watched episode 8 of Cosmos, Journeys in Space and Time, for research and I couldn't get over his hand gestures whilst explaining the nature of time :D. Yeah, Richard Dawkins will be appearing as himself.
