Stopped this douche tonight 65 in a 45...Kinda fast but being in a generous mood. I write it for 59/45 14over (won't go on insurance or points on license) HE says to me,"If you were just gonna reduce it why bother stopping me?" I take said ticket back....re-write for the 20 over and dare him to not sign it....The difference being 500$ as opposed to 117$
Even worse...since the court date isn't to Feb...he falls under the new Georgia "Super Speeder law"which REALLY SUCKS...in other words if I write you a ticker for 15 or above over the legal limit...Notonly do you have to pay my city for our fine of being a ne'er do well...but the state of Ga. will send you an additional fine of 200.00. I think THAT sucks as we have to give you 10 over period.
