Just a Day in the Life
Still not feeling 100% - I hate it when I feel "sort of" sick. Just sick enough to not go anywhere or do anything, but NOT sick enough to not WANT to go places and do stuff. My side hurt like hell all day long but as far as I know there's nothing wrong. I've had a couple friends tell me it's happened to them and was nothing, just one of those weird random body aches. Bleh.
Kurt and Michelle had me over tonight for dinner, and hot food that wasn't from the microwave was so great. Michelle is AMAZING and the food was delicious. And, she sent me home with a bag full of leftovers so I won't starve to death! I had a little bit of corned beef and cabbage as a midnight snack, and the rice dish she made is going to be lunch tomorrow.
Tonight the new content for LotRO went live. Dorky, but I was really looking forward to it. So far it's been pretty cool - graphics are great, there's some gameplay changes but nothing that pisses me off or anything. Kurt and I played the new stuff for a while tonight and had a good time.
I haven't slept very well lately, and by the time I was done playing LotRO I was very tired. But then, as I was sort of falling asleep, I started having a headache. Now it's a throbbing pain in my head, though I took some naproxen and it is starting to subside.
Tomorrow, I go and get my car back while they wait for the parts to come in. Insurance is covering the damage and repairs. I take it back in to the shop on Monday. I can't wait for this ordeal to be over - I miss Vex! She's been gone for two weeks. I guess having it turn out that the insurance is covering it is somewhat worth it, but... Damn.
Yeah, the headache is going away, I can tell now.
