URGENTLY LOOKING FOR TANK TOPS + TANK TOPS

I'm interested in getting THIS ITEM from Wetseal, I'm a Topshop size 6/8, shorts across normally 14.5-15 inches across. I do not understand the sizing chart, anyone can advice on which size to get? Is size 1 too big? And how can I know the length of the shorts???
Also, for THREADLESS guys tees, in the Threadless sizing chart, there are two: 1) Guys fruit of the loom & 2) Guys american apparel. For the tee that I want, how would I know which one is it???
I've tried asking the spree organisers and all but they all do not seem to want to help. Anyone able to advice me?? :( :( I need to order before the sprees close :(
Also, looking URGENTLY for RIBBED TANK TOPS Topshop size 6/8 as well as ANY KIND OF TANK TOPS, printed tank tops whatever FAST DEALS (need before sat night) so preferably meet-up on Sat/tomorrow. HIT ME WITH PICTURES AND MEASUREMENTS/POST LINKS: flashingrooms@gmail.com
