1+2=volleyball!
two fucking freshmen got pulled up for sectionals and i didn't. i remember at the beginning of the year glover was like "at any other school you'd be playing varsity this year" and i think what he should have said was "you're good but not good enough, see you next year". i hate being a teenager i get so frustrated all the time. volleyball isn't going to be my career and it isn't going to get me to college but i like it and i feel like i'm sort of good at it. my coaches are always telling me that i don't have enough confidence and then glover goes and pulls shit like he did today. he told five JV girls that they had been narrowed down to the girls he was going to chose from to pull up to varsity. he had two girls picked out of those five and the other three he just wanted to tell because he thought....i don't know what i he thought but i know what i think and i think i want to hit him really hard with a bat. it would be satisfying. it just makes me feel so average because all the other four girls are freshmen and they'll all be 3 year varsity players and when they announce my name for senior night it will be "liz carroll 5'8" 2 year backup setter to a girl a year younger than her".
