Yeah, chemotherapy is an odd thing to be grateful for. I thought it was worse than experiencing the symptoms of the cancer, but it's great that you feel better while on it. I hope that it zaps away all those mutated cells, and you come out victorious very soon !
This is an odd sort of situation. It's not quite cancer, but the cells are mutated so it's designated chemotherapy. I'll be on this stuff for the rest of my life, two shots a week. To me, though, it's worth it because the effects of the disease are so much worse than the chemo itself.
The suffering is worth it if it allows me to stay here longer and be with those people. I do have some amazing friends, many of them among the LJ Idol crew.
As I said, I'm grateful. It makes whatever suffering happens as nothing.
I aim to please! So far, though, no luck at corruption. Dee has had an untoward influence on my mouth but Mr. Shapeshifter simply says he's implementing a swear jar. The way I'm going, it should pay for our next vacation.
I am exceedingly grateful for the existence of chemotherapy, for the role it plays in your life and keeping you in my life, as well as keeping quite a few people in my life alive to be thankful for that one more day.
Thank you, I'm touched. Rough as it is, I'm glad we found a workable solution. It's worth the days when I can't eat anything or I have to sleep my way through the day because of all the days it's bought me where I no longer have to do that.

Dorie sounds very special. I had a friend like that once and I still miss them everyday.
I hate that you suffer. It does sound like you found some amazing friends/people in your life.
