Morven the Taker
The men and woman who return from death's door tell tales about truncated encounters with Morven the Taker, goddess of death and keeper of secrets. All of the stories agree that the Taker takes the form of a girl child with unbearably ancient eyes. The spear that Morven carries is the most powerful of the Eight Divine Weapons forged by Kesek the Hammer. Luckily for the living, Morven only wields it against the enemies of Heaven-she is more gentle with the souls she collects. Her card is Death (change vs. stasis); her Element is Water.
