WOW..............

I just got back from the AFI concert and I'll have to say that I was a bit dissapointed. After arriving at the show and meeting up with everyone we got ready for Coheed and Cambria to start off the show. When the house lights went off Coheed came on stage and rocked out. I was angry that they only played like 5 songs and didnt playing "Everything Evil" When I talked to Claudio later that night he said it was because they had a last minute change and played "The Crowing". After Coheed it was Thursday's turn. It was no surprise they opened with "For The Workforce Drowning" Of Geoff Rickly was looking the same as usual with his black jeans and his plain black shirt. Their set also dissapointed me though, It was great that they played "I Am The Killer" and "Understanding In A Car Crash" and "A Jet Black New Year". But where was "Standing On The Edge Of Summer" and "Cross Out The Eyes"? They also didnt play long enough. Im going to have to say that both Coheed and Thursday played much better when they came in November. During Thursday I was doing my usually pit action when I started to do some hardcore dancing. As soon as I started I was knee'd right in the side of the head. It hurt really bad. So for AFI, I stayed upstairs partially bc I was tired and also bc im not they big of an AFI fan. Im going to have to say they put on a pretty awesome show though. Davey flipped into the crowd and also attempted to walk on the crowd during the encore. And Jade ripped it up on guitar, he was amazing. So basically It wasn't the best show I have ever seen but I didnt feel like I had wasted my money. Im out now, Peace everyone
