Comfort zones...

Something I have been discussing all too much lately. Everyone wants you to branch out from your comfort zone, try something new, experience life. But what happens when you do?? You just form a different comfort zone. They're nice. They're, dare I say, comfortable? But, what happens when you use God as your comfort zone. God is comfortable, but do you hide behind Him?? Have you ever found yourself not wanting to do something new, not nessesarily bad, but just new and telling someone you can't because you're "working on your relationship with God"? Not doubting that you aren't, because you always should, but is it right to use His name as an excuse? He won't get mad at you, He wants you to live your life to the fullest. I mean, God did put you here for a reason, He made this earth for you. Use it, get what you can out of it, ALL that you can because it won't be here long. But, don't forget to praise God the whole way. Don't hide behind Him, use Him. Experience everything He has to offer you to your fullest. Remember every experience, try it, even if it makes you uncomfortable, try it, you might like it and you won't forget it. I won't use the wonderfully cliche term to,"break out of your comfort zone". But, I will say to not hide behind God, but to allow yourself to live as much as you possibly can and allow Him to walk with you.
