When I look back on this time in my livejournal, I'm going to think of it as "and then Liam moved in, and I didn't even want to THINK, let alone TYPE, for two months."
My days have been working, helping my mom out around the house and with Liam, feeding/watering various farm animals, and going to movies with coworkers. Exhausted sleep where I don't get enough of it, rinse and repeat. The store, at least, has been predictably busy but for the most part, we're fully staffed (which we weren't last summer) so that's in the plus column.
I haven't read ONE BIT of a story in the longest time, but my book count is higher than it's been in two years, so that's something. I have answers I can say out loud when people ask me what I've been reading lately.
My sister's getting married in six weeks in Vancouver. I'm going to Italy with
causeways in three months. My younger brother is renewing his (first anniversary, I mean COME ON) vows in Hawaii in February. I really love my siblings a lot, but I'm kind of annoyed with BOTH of them for choosing to make me fly so far (and so expensively) within six months of each other. Especially when I've got Italy plans. JERKS. But my sister did let me out of her bachelorette party weekend in New Orleans. (WHO DOES THAT.) A four hour drive for her is a nine and a half hour drive for me, and I can't tell you how uninterested I am in driving that far (only one way) for a weekend.
Oh, and I'm turning 29 for the third time in three days. (30 was okay, I guess, but I refuse to be 31 with three cats.)
And that's what's going on with me. What have I missed?
