I am mostly finished with my Christmas shopping. Still have my brothers to do, but I think both of them will involve the internet this year, as I'm just getting the older brother (and the sister in law) presents for the kid, since they themselves don't deserve Christmas presents, and I just don't know what to give someone who's temporarily in another country, living out of a backpack. Money? Should I get it in whatever is the currency in Australia? (Look at me, wallowing in my ignorance.) WHAT TO DO.
Of course, in completing my Christmas shopping on etsy, I COULD NOT RESIST buying things for myself (because they're handmade! who knows how many of them exist! I must get them NOOOOW!). So this adorable cloud necklace and this flipping awesome necklace are both mine, but they're coming with many more things that are not mine. And now I am FIGHTING SO HARD WITH MYSELF to not buy out this person's entire stock. STEAMPUNK OWLS. WHAT THE GOLDEN SNITCH. ANOTHER WHAT.
WAIT OMG AND THE STEAMPUNK ROBOT HOW COULD I FORGET. And this may actually have to be mine soon. I don't think I can resist its adorableness for much longer.
