Okay. There's absolutely no way I can be coherent about this, as it's 3:30 in the morning, but OMG HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEATH.
Like, seriously. That's all I can think about. I mean, yes the movie is amazing and EEEE COMMISSIONER GORDON and Aaron Eckhart was AMAZING and how could they introduce and kill Two Face in the same movie and I'm not entirely sorry to see Rachel Dawes go, though I kind of wish they'd killed her off back when Katie Holmes was at the wheel.
But God. Heath. He was amazing. He really, really was. And as awesome and beautiful as the movie was, I came out of thinking "what a waste." He was so talented, so committed. So utterly fantastic in everything he did, even the really awful movies. I wonder what he would have shown us next.
And MY FREAKING GOODNESS, could BATMAN'S VOICE while he's IN THE BAT SUIT get ANY STUPIDER? I think it is deeper, scratchier, and sounds even MORE like he's plugging his nose than last movie. I really, really wish they hadn't gone that direction with his voice. It's just ridiculous. I found myself completely unable to take Batman seriously and he's BATMAN.
That's all I got. I have to sleep for at least a little bit before I wake up and see it again.
