the downfall is the coat
try to fit 5 pairs of shoes, the entirety of my bathroom, 4 pairs of pants, roughly 20 shirts, 10 skirts, all of my underthings and socks, an alarm clock, a precious few books, an umbrella, my cds(and discman), and a winter coat in two suitcases and a carry-on. i'm also sure that i'm forgetting something that i'll want in the coming 4 months.
this has been a test of the international packing system. i repeat, this is only a test. had this been a real packing session, there would have been significantly more crying.
