this is more important right now than studying - OBVI!
First day back into the swing of things, ugh. I have an exam tomorrow, so obviously I am updating LJ. This week is busy for me, but i work 4 shifts, so hopefully i will make good money. I have a date with my wife (heather) on saturday, im very excited! Next weekend amanda, heather and i may go on a little college tour (read: road trip), so that is something to look forward to. unfortunately i didnt request off the weekend soon enough. good thing my boss and i are facebook friends.... maybe he will be kind when i ask for it off late.
I am soo proud of my bf, he got a 93% on a statics test when the average was 63%, and a 100% on a thermodynamics test! Those are both 300 level engineering classes! Wow, i love a guy with brains and ambition! Im already planning his 21 bday gift, Id tell you, but i dont know who "you" is/are and i dont want to risk him finding out... but needless to say, its pretty amazing!
spring break was alright. great in the sense i did no hw and didnt work for the whole week. great in the sense i got to see paul almost everyday, spent a TON of time with the fam, was home for my dad's bday, watched season 1 &2 of Arrested Dev., saw amanda, and saw mary. alright in the sense that i didnt go somewhere sunny and warm.

fri- worked, walked with $103, not to bad for 5 hours of work
sat- went home, paul recorded his cd, it sounds good!

mon- bachelor with amanda and major snackage... bad idea with the 30 oz home made blizzards... bad idea
tues- new moon with paul... a small date
wed- lunch with mary, shopping with mom
thur- wine+amanda+me+a party = crazy times! it was a night of "no bfs"... so what are the odds that the FIRST guy i talk to lives on bellevue (that is paul's street that is really small... like what are the odds being on the east side that the guy i talk to even goes to Western, let alone lives on a street with like 15 houses?) AND went to high school with heather. the kid said he knew paul, and even called them the "house with all the bands" (remember we were drunk). but paul didnt know him, or recognize him in a pic.
fri- date with paul to celebrate vday and our anniversary
sat - paul and i hung out
sun - back to the grind, our 56 month!
final thought: is it weird that one of my favorite nights of spring break involved paul and i doing sodukos? i dont know how to spell them, but i do know they are AMAZING, and amazingly addicting.
