"i dream the fog surrounds me"

i adore the fog.
it's so infrequent.
it's always lovely when it decided to visit.
and today it's visit has been extended....
so good...

i feel slightly foggy myself today.
i did not want to wake this morning.
i went to sleep early last night, so i assume i'm still mildly ill.
my brain never completely woke.
now i'm stuck somewhere between dreams and real...
and the fog is not helping clarify the difference.

i need to collect spiderwebs and other such oddities.
the home is lacking.
it seems i'll never be finished...

time is a sneaky foe.

all in all today i am still in half of my pajamas
and wrapped up in my one of my most favorite sweaters.
if i can continue to hide under my hood, i should be able to stumble through this day.

here's hoping....
