Scout's Mom With a 2X4
Well, today was definitely interesting. Very worthy of a post. Jenn and I got into a bit of a wreck going to a UaT show in London. Some idiot ran us off the road right out from my house. We ended up hanging off the side of an embankment and had to be pulled out. Anyway, no damage to us or the car, so we made our merry way to London.
I think I realized just how much I don't like going to the shows anymore. Don't get me wrong, I love the music. That's really the only thread that holds me to the whole thing. When I listen to their music I'm in another world, and God was it a good show today. I just would rather not be there with some of those people. It's obvious they don't want me there, and I obviously don't want to be around them. Somehow I just find most of it extremely amusing. So snip, snip I just cut the thread. Unless I go through withdrawal, I won't go back for a long time...and that's that.
I still miss....well, everyone. You know who you are. Hopefully I will be visiting Berea within I'll say the next week. Hopefully.
Someone actually noticed that I was more tan. *sticks tongue out at Jack* Woo for my swimming pool. Sure I love being pale, but I don't care what anybody says, I love my swimming pool more, for the summer anyway. I went on a semi-huge shopping spree and I'm proud of the things I bought. They're more girly but still me. It's time for me to get hot. I'm finally doing things for myself and I feel good. I'm Amanda, hear me roar! ROAR!!!
Oh yeah, Warped Tour is only 14 days away!! I'm so excited. Gerard Way here I come!
