The Many Loves of Julian Sark Volume One: Matinee Idol
( We never got any concrete information regarding the beginning of Irina and Sark's relationship. In my own personal fandom, Sark's father abandons him and his mother and after his mother dies, Irina steps in, knowing of his heritage and large inheritance, and becomes a sort of foster parent. I don't think they ever actually had sex but there has always been a fierce loyalty and understated affection present there. They would never actually recognize it but that has to be something akin to love.)

The Many Loves of Julian Sark Volume Two: Eve is the Apple of my Eye
(When we first meet Sark, he could be anywhere from 18-23 years old. When we first meet Allison Doren, they already have an established relationship and we can see he cares for her deeply. Allison was Sark's first love. That "you don't fancy him, do you?" line about Will Tippen speaks volumes about Sark's insecurity over Allison's wandering feelings and, as we see, with good reason. Allison, despite being in a relationship with Sark, falls for Will and is genuinely upset when she has to kill him. Even though Allison came back from the dead to return to him, I don't think Sark ever forgave the deception done to him by his first love.)

(I'll try to remain impartial on this one, but as this is my OTP, my bias might seep into this mix. To Sark, Sydney is "The One That Got Away". He's always gotten what he wanted and she is the one thing he could never get. He is entranced by her skill, her beauty, and her morality like a moth to a flame and he will never stop admiring her, because of the fact she will have nothing to do with him. No one, especially Vaughn, will be good enough for Sydney in Sark's eyes. Except for Sark himself, of course.)

(They only shared one night together but I think Sark will look back on their coupling and later interactions with much fondness. Rachel is spunky and sweet, a type of girl Sark normally wouldn't go for.
