I went for a run today. No seriously. Like, woke up at 6:30, put on running shorts (well, lacrosse shorts, but they're my version of running shorts) and shoes and sports bra and tank top and went for a run/walk/sprint-until-my-lungs-burned. And it was glorious. Especially that sprinting part. I haven't felt that good in ages. Good stress relief. Of course this run illuminated just how tight the muscles in my legs are and I obviously need to do some downward dog like whoa, but I feel damn good. Remind me to do this again tomorrow. And the day after. And the day after that. Etc, etc, etc.

My knees don't even hurt.  Wow.  And my ankle only twinges a little, but it's been doing that this whole week.  Impressive.

I also love this part of town when no one's awake. ♥
