1. hot chocolate or apple cider?
I make a kickin' cider.
2. Turkey or ham?
Fuck that. Give me some chicken and stove top!
3. do you get a fake or a real Christmas tree?
My dad chopped all the ones in our yard down, don't worry he replanted them, but they are all too little to be the Herschel Christmas tree. So I don't know what is going on this year.
4. Are there decorations on the outside of your house?
My dad started putting them up...but he usually goes real crazy with them. I think he needs to buy 30 more boxes of lights, and then he'll put them up.
5. Snowball fights or sledding?
Snowball fights. I’ve had too many sledding accidents to fully enjoy it with out worrying.
6. Do you like hanging around the fireplace because it's warm?
I love it.
7. Do you enjoy going downtown shopping?
I probably would like it, if I didn't hate shopping.
8. What’s your favorite Christmas song?
"The first Noel."
9. How do you feel about Christmas movies?
I like the ones I like. For example, I am Watching A Charlie Brown Christmas and soon I'll probably watch Home Alone, and then you gotta watch A Christmas Story.
10. When is it too early to start listening to Christmas music?
November 17.
11. Do you open your stockings before or after presents?
My parents were smart, they got all these small present and wrapped them with lots of tape and would then sneak into our rooms and hide the stockings on our beds, so that when we woke up, we had something to occupy us and gave them more time to sleep.
12. Do you watch carolers?
There are none of those around here.
13. Do you go to someone else's house or they come to you?
I go to my Aunt Debbie's and Uncle Dave’s for dinner....that is about it...
14. Do you read the Christmas story, if so when?
No, I don't. Sorry.
15. What do you do after presents and dinner?
Sleep. Duhhh.
16. What is your favorite holiday smell?
Cinnamon
17. Ice skating or walking around the mall?
I'm not the best ice skater in the world, but it beats walking around a crowded mall.

Drinking wine with my sister...nothing that exciting goes on....

Blankets. Lots and lots of Blankets.
20. Favorite Christmas decoration?
This reindeer ornament I made for my parents out of popsicle sticks and pom-poms.

I like colored lights, the more annoying, the better.

My favorite was my Barbie Ferrari.

It's more of a German Tradition, There would be an extra present, and whoever found the pickle in the Christmas tree first, would get the extra present. (No, we do not use a real pickle, it's an ornament)

Traffic, spending more money than you have, running into kids you graduated with, ect.

To go in an open area, and when it is in the process of snowing, looking up and just watching it fall....everywhere.
