Over 1MC:
U.A.E cargo ship carrying aluminum about 200mi south of our current position has been subject to piracy. most of the crew has secured themselves in the engine room and others in areas on the ship that they are able to secure themselves in. the pirates are thought to be attempting to get to them, though we are having talks right now. we are expecting U.A.E. special forces to come aboard this afternoon. there are thought to be around 7-9 pirates on board the cargo ship. 1852hrs +4gmt
Pirates attempted to pry their way into the citadel onboard the ship. helos fired warning shots, got their attention. pirates surrendered on the focs'l. 10 pirates captured. all 23 crew memebers are alive. one had shrapnel wounds and lacerations on his chest from a rpg, but walked out under his own power.

successful suicide officially announced. occured in forward O2N2. method publically unknown at current.
survuved by wife and 3 children.
(follow up: placed lox hose into his mouth and turned it on full, such extremely low temperatures combined with body heat rapidly warming the liquid oxygen resulted in extremely messy end)
