This is my Russia and England icon, created by itsuka ; the icon depicts one of my favorite scenes from the anime: England decides to use his secret weapon against America: Busby's Chair! Busby's Chair is a cursed chair and everyone who sits in the chair is cursed to die soon after. However, Russia sits in it unexpectedly and breaks it because Russia is more evil than the chair.
