1) They're both members of an advanced alien speices who have perfected time and space travel; he was a rebel, she wasn't, but they were forced to spend time together and they grew on each other. They also went to Paris once! Doctor/Romana
2) It took her a little while to warm up to him since he was a clone, but they seem like they could be happy together. And he can grow old with her. Rose/Tentoo
3) Yeah, she didn't exactly handle the first attempt at a wedding well, but I believe she really loves him. As for him, he spent two thousand years waiting for her. Amy/Rory
