Busy, Busy Weekend
It would be so nice to just have a weekend were I didn't do anything but sit on my butt all day and watch T.V. and read (wishful thinking). I have to admit my weekends have been nice, Friday night I went to the Cheesecake Factory with a good friend and had a nice relaxing dinner with some tasty drinks. Followed by Starbucks and some really great buys at Macys, I bought two different candlestick holders for a total of $38 and with a $25 gift certificate total out of pocket for me was $13. I ended up saving $93 dollars, not too shabby and the candlesticks are crystal and I got both pairs for that price. Saturday followed with a family reunion which started late so by the time I left people still had not showed up yet, went to a candle party and bought some yummy candles, including birthday cake batter, pumpkin pie and candy corn, all for the holidays. Yesterday we went to the Fresno Fair, never go on the weekend and never go the last day of the fair. It was so packed we couldn't do anything, all I wanted to do was leave. Now it's back to work and I start my traveling again tomorrow.
