A Strange Door?

I saw something strange today...

I was heading over to one of my classes when I passed a door I'd never seen before, and that didn't look anything like any of the other doors. I probably should have known better by then but I couldn't resist....I went in!

You probably won't be surprised to hear that the door disappeared behind me....but I didn't mind. What I saw was beautiful. It reminded me a little bit of the pictures I've seen of this place called Venice. It was like a city in the middle of the ocean...no. Not like it, that's what it was. A marble construction of canals, stairways, mazes, and alleys. It was so white...it hurt a bit at first but the farther I walked in the more plants and banners and signs there were so they offset it all. It was a little strange to be honest, it all seemed a little too picturesque and everything seem so....coordinated if that makes any sense. Even some of the places that had seemed damaged in a way to have done so in an exact manner.

None the less it was a beautiful place, and very calming. I stayed there longer than I probably should have...it was surprisingly easy to find my way out but it was more of me not wanting to leave right away that kept me there so long. Sorry to the teachers whose class I missed ><; I'll make up the work.

But still. It gave me the tranqulity that my 'vacation' a while earlier failed to do and so I've cleared my head a little...that was nice.

Private, hackable: ....it was also kind of sad though. The place was like a ghost town so I was all alone. I wish I had been able to share it with someone else, like Lina or Kazuki or...well any of my friends would do really. I can't possibly have put it into words how nice and rejuvinating that place was.

Oh well. I'm grateful none the less.
