Nearly lost my head hanging out a train door when I was a schoolkid (just got back inside in time... obviously!)

3 silver chains around my neck, with a treble clef, a Fender Telecaster & a St Christopher's medal hanging on them. My wedding ring. 2 leather bracelets on my right wrist
6) Do you eat the stems of broccoli?
Sometimes...

Whoever speaks to me first in whichever hair salon/barber I walk into

Appendix out when I was 8, vasectomy when I was about 47

No... I like the salt'n'pepper look

Depends on the weather & company. Sometimes nothing, sometimes a t-shirt & pants, sometimes shorts

Just about every drug except heroin, drink-driving, speeding (not at the same time!!)

Physically, yes, but I can't roll my 'R's

Blade...

Cuban-heel leather boots

Occasionally, if the dream is a vivid one. Usually I wake myself up though...

Mid-brown, now flecked with a lot of heard-earned grey

Twirl... then give up & scoop as best as the fork can manage

Beki for a girl, Zak for a boy (Uzbekistan & Kazakhstan). Now medically unlikely though...

Never used to, but I do now, but quietly, apparently

The United Kingdom... especially the Scottish highlands

My original teddy bear is beside the bed, but not in it...
