The President says that when he says something, he means it...whether that means he actually understands big words, I'm not sure.
He said that if there was proof of no weapons of mass destruction, he would have still gone into IRAQ. I thought this was what happened anyway? **Confused** And yes he would have gone in, because he a fuck head who lies to the American People about his intentions when really all he wanted to do was avenge Daddy.
However, he did say that his credibility as a leader and America's credibility as a nation is what makes for world peace.
