Hockey > Bandom?
So, I'm pretty pissed about the delicious changes. Very unhappy >:(
But my hockey links have finally surpassed my bandom links?! WHAT? This is pretty noteworthy in my fandom development. Except for SGA (which is all in my pre-delicious Excel spreadsheet), after bandom waned I haven't been able to find a fandom to really commit to. I dabbled in Merlin, White Collar, Leverage, Suits, Star Trek, Teen Wolf, Generation Kill, H50 ... you name it, I've probably tried it. Except Inception. Having never seen the movie, I was not particularly interested in it (though not watching the source canon has never stopped me before). Which is unfortunate since so many authors and reccers I like were into it.
Avengers is running a close second - still below bandom, but only by 50 or so stories. Again - what?! And, granted, I haven't really read or tagged anything in bandom for at least a year, so this was bound to happen, but still. And HOCKEY?! My brother, an avid fanboy, though not of the slash-type fandom, is always boggled by my involvement in hockey fandom when something like Avengers doesn't even phase him. Maybe it's the RPF thing. I don't think he ever knew about bandom. *shrug*
Anyways. I felt this was noteworthy enough to warrant a post. So there.
