[Inhabitants of the house may be woken early in the morning by an exhuberant scream from young Sue today.]

[If you go to investigate, you'll find Sue at the front door, cuddling a very... unusual looking animal. It's periodically making a noise that sounds like "poof poof!" periodically as she cradles it.]
Oh Puffy, I'm so happy to see you! I've been here by myself for over a month now! We're in a really tight spot here, Puffy, but it's going to be alright! We'll take care of each other, right, Puffy? And there are nice people here too! We're gonna have to introduce you to them! Let's make a really big breakfast to celebrate! You never know what's gonna happen here, we've got to keep our strength up like proper adventurers!

Hey, everyone! Puffy is here! I don't know if I've mentioned him to all of you, but he's my friend! He looks like a bird, but he's fluffy and soft like a lamb! I'm not exactly sure what he is, I've never seen anything like him in the whole world! My friend Justin's father found him while on an adventure! Does anyone want to meet him? I've got to go show him the town!

[Sue's got a new hair accessory today, it seems! It looks like a big white bow the majority of the time... but occassionally, it makes a noise that sounds like "POOF!" At lunch, she'll periodically stop from eating to hold a bite of food up over her head... and the bow will MOVE and consume the morsel. After school, Puffy flies alongside her as they explore the town, chirping merrily as she points things out to him.]
