I miss the cruddy weather.
Having a pretty good time in California. Aunt C and I go to the coffee shop constantly. We have practically gutted her office several times over and it still isn't clean. My cousins introduced me to Foamy, and I introduced them to Danny Washington and Educational Egg. They already know of Strong Bad, but were unschooled in the classics. They didn't remember fhqwhgads!
We visited the hippie town of Nevada City. My aunt and cousins browsed the various trinkets, and I got a bumper sticker for Mom and a copy of The Joy Luck Club.
Last night C and I went to hear Amy Tan speak near Hippieville. She was awesome. Excellent speaker, great sense of humor. She told us about how some of the stories in The Joy Luck Club tie in with those of her own family.
