[action!|blog] Oh Halloween~ (in which eru and brodie throw seriousness out the window)

Oct 26, 2010 16:20

So weird week, everyone had the same dream? Whatever, I bet it was just something in the water! Government conspiracies? still doesn't explain why Ivan and everyone else was there... God does anyone wonder how we lost so many points? But Halloween's coming up! Anyone if there's any parties going on? Maybe we should hold on at the Myrtle House! It's big enough... I dunno, might have to run that by Arthur... We'll see, but if there's another event goin' on somebody's gotta tell me! It's not a party until I get there!

Had a nice long talk with Raivis in class today and I'm going over to his place later today to watch some Cowboy Bebop and Ouran High School Host Club with him (Sorry Mei I'm boring the boxset from your collection... Which I will drop off eventually). I think we should try being friends but we'll see.

Ludwig, I'm gonna pick up Rosie sometime this week, I think we've done enough training, what about you?

Also going house shopping with Ivan soon. I don't think we're actually going to buy a house not anytime soon at least. But we're gonna dress up all nice and pretend we're millionaires or something... I dunno exactly what's going to happen but we get to rent a nice car so that'll be awesome! And it means Ivan's gonna talk with a Russian accent for an entire day which is worth every moment. he sounds so cute.

Bought some nicotine patches too... Just need to figure out how to get them on him without him noticing since he refuses to use them.

[posting this, Alfred quickly grabs his backpack, filled with anime, and leaves on his bike down to Raivis' apartment. He actually knocks at a few doors before finding the right one, grinning sheepishly at the young man. This is actually the first time he's been properly introduced to Ivan's quiet assistant. He looks at him, a little stunned for a moment at the shortness and actually has to force his hand back down to keep from ruffling the puppy-fur-soft looking hair.

He introduces himself as Alfred, Alfred F. Jones and once again has to remind Raivis that it's just Alfred, not Mister Jones or any variation. Just Alfred. He quickly makes his way inside, knowing time is limited due to Elizaveta's party later that night and makes easy small-talk with Raivis, furthering their talk on emoticons while continuing to ask him questions about Latvian, a fan of the way it sounds but unable to speak it himself without botching the pronunciation completely.

He isn't sure if Raivis is amused by his failure or driven mad, the boy's expression never seems to change from a quiet, slightly downcast one. Alfred hangs around him as he prepares the coffee before they're both sitting on Raivis' couch and Alfred's loading in the first disk of the space-cowboy adventures. The American relaxes immediately, no longer talking, letting the Latvian watch the show in silence (truly, it is miracle that Alfred is able to hold his tongue this long but he does want to impress the younger(?) man).

Two episodes pass before his pocket vibrates and it's time to go plan for Roderich's party. Alfred thanks him, says to call him later and tell him how he likes the rest of the series and Ouran when he gets around to it. Smiling and winking as he pulls on his jacket and shoes, Alfred is down the stairs in a few steps and outside to throw himself onto his bike. Now to distract Mr. Edelstein for a few hours...]
