Elastic Band, London Parachutes, Free Winona and M3F
I think this was a postworthy weekend, seeming as how its been a while since i've posted anyways. My weekend consisted of many things such as:
Getting a new bag, which I am very happy with because my old bag was too small and couldn't fit my book and my portable CD player in a very comfortable manner.
I played a show on Friday at the M3F festival Gala. I was a guitar player for the group called The Elastic Band, they placed second in the Sound category so I had a lot of fun playing with them. My solo was fun.
On Saturday, well, Saturday I got my bag, got the vocal tracks for two London Parachutes songs and went to Hayley's party. Which was very fun and enjoyable on all ends.
Sunday, London Parachutes played its first show (myself on keyboards, Alex on guitar, regan on guitar/drums and juliana on bass) by showcasing two new songs: "Little Boy" and "No Words Shall Leave", I also played guitar for a group called Free Winona and The Elastic Band once again. That evening I played percussion for Sadie may Crash at Reilly's (thank you to them for allowing me to play)
Thank you Alex asking me to play in the Elastic Band with you.
Thank you Regan and Juliana for collaborating.
I think everyone played extremely well.
So all in all an eventful weekend filled with music, good friends and whatnot.
