Help out for the Holidays
Hey Folks,
The guys at one of the online comics I enjoy Penny Arcade started a charity last year that supplies toys, video games, movies and such to the kids in various children's hospitals around the country. The charity is at
Child's Play Charity
If you click on any of the stars on the map (each one is a hospital) it will link you to an amazon.com wish-list for the kids in that hospital. Some of the stuff will be given permanently to the kids, some (like game consoles & DVD players) will become property of the hospital for all the kids to use. If you can, please take a look and see if there is something you'd be willing to donate. Some of these kids will be spending the holidays in the hospital, some of them in pretty bad shape, and to get random gifts from folks would be pretty damn cool.
