This entry was sparked by a conversation I had with a friend of mine who says he's "Bush all the way" but doesn't know why. Though I'm also for Pres. Bush, the ignorance on both sides just really frustrates me. I know so many young kids who would vote democrat, but don't even know why - they have no clue that it is because now a'days kids' values are shaped by media and MTV. They haven't even done all the research on the candidates, but will readily spit fire at the right just cuz everybody else does.

I just wish kids would seek truth and hold on to it, instead of collecting information by propaganda. That's so dangerous!

yeah it all goes both ways. there's a lot of right-winged media too ya know. :P more people, not just kids, need to get more involved in actually hearing things come STRAIGHT from the source instead of a filtered, biased version from the media.

Eh, there's nothing to explain. It's socialist Canada. Anyway, I love you Ate. You're starting to put my rants to shame. I absolutely loved all you had to say (and i couldn't agree more). It is quite comforting to know that America's finally got some balance now with Fox News. And it is also, as you said, very interesting to note that it is blowing all other competitors out of the water (it's got CNN by over 500,000 viewers, and that's close competition). We can only hope, pray, and do our parts to educate the populace and make sure that the right candidates are placed in office.
