... I love music. Oh man, i'm trippin on some jazz right now.

i just downloaded the entire Sergio Mendez & Brazil '66 album, even though my dad has all their LP's from back in the day. however, until we find them in the storage and get dad a new needle for his record player/turn table dealio, then this will have to do.

oh wow, shut your mouth!! (hah! jazz hands, you're great!)

Do people even know who Pat Matheny is anymore!?! You go boy!

So I'm sitting in my loft, at my computer and I find two of my dad's long lost LP's sitting right there. Both of which are The Pat Matheny Band. I get all my musical influence from my dad - he can seriously hammer some sweet jazz rifs on the guitar and he's got the best original LP collection - which i hope he leaves for me one day. He's also the one who introduced me to Chuck Mangione and his lovely horn sounds! ahhhhhhhhh jazz.

So where in Va Beach do your cousins live? I used to tell myself back in middle school and early high school that I would leave this area as soon as possible due to the "smallness" and "lack of excitement" of the area. But by my senior year of high school, i realized that i had grown attached to this area. especially the beach. it's great here in the summer. i even like tourists. and i seriously think that this city has some of the nicest strangers i've ever encountered. speaking of tourists, it's almost summer, you should come visit!

ok, this is long. bye.
