Broken Doll: The Black Dahlia Murder

I was reading up on the bizarre, if not gruesome, death of Elizabeth Short (aka The Black Dahlia) yesterday because I was curious after perusing paintings that were inspired by her mangled body. I keep imagining myself being dissected in half just below the torso... Or at least feeling something hard attempting to pass through my stomach. Maybe it was a gag reflex.

I just couldn't help not pausing on the photo of the body and staring at it in shock.

Needless to say I had a nightmare last night.

Anyone else interested in a real gruesome murder story or a nightmare tonight?
