So I haven't lost any more weight recently :(
I haven't gained any which is great! But I haven't really lost any either.... I lowered my calorie count today and will be trying harder to eat more low-fat foods and balance my protein/carb/fat intake better. I've been using
FitDay to watch my calories a lot closer than My Weight Loss Coach can. Hopefully I can drop some more weight by the 27th!
Why the 27th you ask? That is my departure date for Korea!
