I need someone to force my ass to go to the gym. Heres the new gym schedule
MW
Ballet Class 11:30-1
Gym 1-1:30-bike (if your free during this time feel free to come with and kick my ass to make sure I go)
TH
Jazz Class 11:20-12:50
Gym 4:30-5-bike (if your free during this time feel free to come with and kick my ass to make sure I go)
M-R
20 min of pilates
20 min of yoga
The goal is to get in shape just enought so that I dont suck quite so badly in my dance classes. That and so I wont die should we ever have a fire drill and I am forced to walk up to the 8th floor.
