So I spent about 2 hours shootin the shit with Peter on Friday talking about photography etc. I ended up asking him about an undergraduate research grant opportunity that is being offered through UNR. I would really love to do something for it. I just have no idea where I want to start as far as an idea to explore. I think it would be something that would be great for me to benefit from if I end up getting the grant. Problem is that the grant is open to anybody at UNR which means that all the science majors always come up with something crazy cool to explore and there are only like 15 grant opportunities to give away. bah. I dunno I'm really gonna have to think about something. I'm excited about it all though...
Went to my host mom's son's (Jorge) house again today. I almost didn't go because I got home at like 10am today after staying out all last night with aaron and toni. That didn't really help with me being sick. eehh. David texted me though and asked if i was going to go to Jorge's house so I decided I probably should. It was cute playing outside with the little kids and David there.
