*Does anybody know when the new Weezer album is coming out? I'm excited about it! The new Three Days Grace is out in a couple of days, too.
*Bleach on [as] has been annoying lately. I knew Ashido was too cool to stick around for long. Plus the logic of the series just baffles me. I mean, Ulqui told Orihime that Ichigo & co. were only there for her immediately after they were talking about how they were after the Hogyoku too, and then Rukia defending her abilities to Ichigo. If she can't pull off a Bankai when Espada are everywhere, then maybe he has good reason to worry about her. I'll keep watching it, but I wish I didn't have to have so much willing suspension of disbelief.
*Housing needs to let me know when I can move in. It's been a week and they still keep putting me up on the you-need-to-do-something board, when all I can do is wait for them. My dorm seriously sucks. Mel's the only reason I've stayed.
*Meg has Swine Flu. Sucks for her, and since she's like my bestest best friend I might get it too. I hope not. :( On the plus side, I get to be mean and talk loudly about it whenever I'm in public haha
*Where are these ants coming from?! I removed everything that might be attracting them, and I still find them. I think they've discovered how much I like sweets and my room has somehow been marked.
*They were having technical difficulties at Cinema International, so I had to watch The Kite Runner in black and white. Still, it was awesome. And the professor behind it let me talk to the audience beforehand about Amnesty, which was pretty freaking cool.
*Been depressed about major-finding again. I think I could write an entire paper about the pros and cons of choosing Creative Writing versus Physics. At the moment I'm trying to decide how far I would go with either degree - I'm probably too poor to go for a Master's without taking a fundraising break first, which would put Pre-Engineering out of the picture.
*I dropped a water bottle cap down the sink and completely blocked it up. I spend about half an hour trying to wedge it out with a fork, then I spent more time figuring out if the college would make me pay for getting it out, then I debated if it was morally right to take out the water until no one could tell that anything was wrong until after I moved out so it would be someone else's problem, then I decided it would be wrong and developed a plan involving a sponge, a string and rubber cement, then I realized I didn't have half those things but it was 1:00 am and I had to brush my teeth, so I tried prying it out with a knife for another five minutes, then I realized I could just use the knife to make a hole through the damn thing. Trust me to come up with a semi-elaborate non-violent solution when something can be solved with ten seconds of stabbing.
