oh and i forgot to mention waffles and pancakes. sad but true. yeah, my friend used to have daily "pancake nights" at his place, and we'd all eat pancakes and waffles. yet he always had stomach problems. he never made the connection, because after all, most people assume breads are the safest to eat. anyways, the dude spent about two years trying to eliminate all the food groups, until finally one morning at burgerking he ordered a biscuit-and-egg sandwich. he had already eliminated egg as the cause of his problems, so he figured he was safe. but then he had the worst stomach problems, and discovered that dense breads were at the root. anyways. i have stomach problems too, way back, even when i was at iolani (this is randy btw), but i dont think that dense breads are at the root of mine. (also, sorry for the randomness of these two comments, since we havent talked in a long time. i actually just stumbled across your blog, its a long story; IM me and i'll tell ya about it; but thought maybe these anecdotes might help. ok, later......... =)
