New Layout...PHOTOSHOP = ♥
I got my Drama I.P back today...I came 2nd in the year!!! 28/30!!! I am SOOOO (x519841) exstactically happy. I also went to Camden Haven for the future options expo....it was so good to realise that there are other paths into university besides the HSC...its made me so much more relaxed and I suppose (in a bad way) is stopping me from studying for the trials....my bad!
I picked up brochures on teaching English in Japan today. And for some of the positions a uni degree isn't required...which means I can defer uni and make money overseas! And some schools/companies (companies such as Sony and advertising companies hire people to teach english to the Japanese executives - those that can't speak English fluently anyway - so they can be prepared for international meetings etc) pay for flights and accomodation!!!
It is like a dream come true. Seriously.
And I REALLY DON'T want to go straight into uni. I found some great design colleges in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, that offer diplomas in advertising, photography and computer graphics. Since I LIVE on photoshop I might as well make it a living!
And what the ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY BEST part of my day??? Having a conversation with Mum about my future, and her not complaining at all about what I want to do or where I want to go....shes actually INTERESTED in these design colleges....remember my Mum? The one who was pushing me to live in Armidale!? Shes a changed woman...changed for the better I tell ya!
So yes, as you can probably tell in this entry, I am extensively happy, and nothing could break my spirits, not even a few little tests called the Trial HSC exams...
I'm so happy I think I will take some pictures and make a picture post! It's been CENTURIES since I've made one.
