(OOC: Belgium has two important days: April 19th where she was recognized as a kingdom in 1839 after her declaration of independence on October 4th 1838, and July 21st which was declared as the more 'official' Independence Day, for the Belgian Revolution and the day when her home got its very first king. I marked April 19th as her birthday but that might be changed..)
