Old school cartoons

I had forgotten how good old school batman and even the Batman Beyond cartoon series were. I watched a few episodes on JTV and was quite surprised how well written the episodes were and how in depth they (mostly the Batman series)went into exploring human nature.

I remember! I always thought the Superman show was the best incarnation of Superman ever. He had a fricking personality! Plus the Superman Batman movie that was made while the series was at its peak also did a excellent job of portraying both their characters.

I actually don't like superman...seeing him after seeing how Batman and the other heroes act...makes me think of superman like a big buffoon.

That man never heard of the word dodge or precaution. I've seen him countless times touch some panel, doorway or punch things only to get electrocuted, blown up or thrown across the screen. I've seen that guy flying around, turn around, see some enemy aiming a giant cannon at him, guy fires it, and superman has a "wuh?" face and gets his ass blasted down to the ground even though he had plenty of time to move out of the way!

G'damn dumbass!

Otherwise...the DC animated universe is daz sheet.

I don't think anything of Superman either but I still say the Animated Series version of him is worth watching because I think they turned him into a excellent character.
