It's been a few months now
I went to play racquetball for the first time since last Monday morning.
I finally learned to get a good grip on the racquet and can now do some strong serves. Youtube videos didn't help to get that grip.
At some point the ball hit me in the leg really hard. The sting felt kind of good.

I saw three military grade helicopters the other day. This morning I saw another one and this time I could make out the sniper's body sitting on the doorway. The chopper was too far for me to make out the gun without any visual aids.

Maybe I should "check out" the counseling center.
