First: I love doing updates in semi-bullet style.

Second: I was not chosen as a member for the Jury. The civil lawsuit was of a woman who was paralyzed from the waste down with very limited arm and hand movement. She was suing six separate defendants (doctors and the hospital) for medical malpractice. When myself and another young man (age 22) finished answering their questions, the lawyers took 30 mins to decide whether to keep one or both of us. It was the second longest they ever took to decide for members since the first round group. I think they wanted me more than the other guy. I base that thought on the fact that they asked me more questions like they did with the other chosen members (the power of text messaging and eavesdropping is amazing). I was eager to be selected but had been having second thoughts since the case, the lawyers said, would take at least 3 weeks to finish and at most 4. It was a rather delicate case with several expert opinions and witnesses. I think the fact that this would have been my first case and the fact that there were already too many "noobs" on the jury was a deterrent to my selection.

At least I have time to watch Fifa confederations tourney.

Third: I find that playing Pearl Jam songs on guitar is difficult...but I noticed that I can do the Wishlist solo quite easily now (though to be frank, it is probably the EASIEST solo in the whole Pearl Jam catalog...though it is the nicest sounding too). I think I'm going to try my hand at some of the songs in the "No Code" album and maybe even "Vitology" album. For now, I've added Metric's Help, I'm Alive and Sick Muse. Both songs are fun to play even if they are simple. The songs make a good respite after playing Pearl Jam.

Fourth: Photos of things after the .

I might draw this one day.

Cat in a shelf

I found that I eliminated some guitar string noise...noise that stopped when my fingers, hand or any skin of mine touched the strings or bridge of the guitar...by using Radioshack's grounding cable for guitar. I wanted to use the long coily cable that came with it...but it was broken somewhere...i wonder if i bought it broken =\. Instead I had to use the short one but it doesn't bother my picking or strum.
