pain
So, last night I wore my rubber-bands for the first time. They are re-aligning my jaw so my bite is correct. But my teeth are also being pushed back together now. So they hurt. And with the rubber-bands my mouth is pushed shut. It hurt so bad I couldn't fall asleep fully and I got up at 5 to take them off. Then I finally fell asleep. Crazy.
